You may read, link to and quote from this website for lawful purposes, with attribution. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or present its content as your own.
Research, essays and guides on this site are published for general information. They reflect our understanding at the date shown on each piece and are not advice for any specific situation. Anything marked as a draft, forthcoming or placeholder is exactly that.
Lucidens playbooks are digital downloads. Each one is a ZIP file with a PDF guide plus editable Excel files and, for most playbooks, Word files. The product description lists exactly what is included. A playbook is sold for a one-time payment, with no subscription.
Checkout is handled by our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record. It collects the payment and any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Its terms also apply to the transaction.
The download is available right after payment, on the confirmation page and by email.
Each playbook is licensed for use within one business. Where a product description says it includes white-label or agency templates, you may use those templates in work you deliver to your own clients.
You may not resell, share or publish the files, or present them as your own.
If a file is faulty or does not match its description, email hello@lucidens.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will fix it or refund you.
Playbooks are educational. They do not promise rankings, traffic or revenue.
