The Method is how we think and how engagements run. It is sequential by design: clarity without structure erodes, structure without compounding stalls, and compounding without proof cannot be defended.
What you are, who you are for, and the questions you should be the answer to. Audit, research, definition.
Information architecture, technical foundations and entity design so that every asset supports the rest.
Publishing, authority and refinement in cycles, each one building on evidence from the last.
Measurement designed before the work begins, reported in terms a board can act on.
What should this business be the clearest answer to, and what is standing in the way?
Everyone involved can state, in one sentence, what the company should be the answer to and how success will be measured.
Does the structure of the site, the data and the organisation let machines and people understand it without effort?
The foundations are in place and verified: what is published from here on is found, rendered, understood and attributed.
Which assets, references and improvements will make the next quarter's work heavier than this one's?
Organic demand is growing from assets the company owns, and each cycle starts from more than the last.
What changed, what caused it, and what should the business do next?
The business can explain its organic growth to a board, defend the numbers, and decide what to invest next.
Most organic programmes start in the middle: pages are published, links are pursued, tools are bought, and only later does anyone ask what the business should have been the answer to. The work accumulates without compounding, because nothing was built on anything else.
The Method reverses that. Clarify decides what to be the answer to and how success will be measured. Structure makes the site, the data and the organisation legible to people and machines. Compound publishes and earns authority on those foundations, cycle after cycle. Prove measures what changed, what caused it and what to do next — and feeds the next Clarify.
Each stage makes the next one heavier: a clear definition makes structure easier to design; a sound structure makes every published asset count; a growing body of assets makes evidence possible; evidence makes the next round of decisions faster and cheaper. That is what we mean by clarity compounding.
Engagements begin with a fixed-scope diagnostic — Clarify, and the measurement design that belongs to Prove — typically four to eight weeks. It ends with a plan the organisation can act on and a baseline nobody will argue with later.
From there, most clients move to a twelve-month partnership with quarterly re-planning: the Structure and Compound stages run in cycles, and every quarter closes with an evidence report in the client’s own units. A senior consultant leads every engagement from start to finish.
Some organisations need a single stage — a migration secured, a measurement problem solved, a market opened. We do that too, provided it can be measured on its own.
A first conversation is forty-five minutes with a partner. We will tell you candidly whether organic growth is the right investment for you — including when it is not.
