Context
Neofulfill is an integrated supply-chain operation based in Shenzhen. It combines China sourcing, quality control and production follow-up, warehousing, order fulfillment, global shipping, returns and after-sales support, B2B and wholesale fulfillment, custom branding and private label, and a platform that runs the operation as one system. It serves scaling dropshippers, direct-to-consumer and private-label brands, and international businesses sourcing from China, with warehouses in Shenzhen and a partner network in Europe and the United States.
The business did not have an established digital presence when the project began. Lucidens' founder built the website and designed the organic growth strategy into the project from the first page, rather than adding search considerations after launch.
Challenge
Sourcing and fulfillment is a category where buyers search in many different ways. Some look for a single service — a China sourcing agent, a quality inspection, a private-label manufacturer. Others search for a route or a market — shipping from China to Europe, fulfillment for a UK store. Others search for a problem — returns handling, custom packaging, moving off a marketplace's own logistics.
A business that offers all of these as one operation has to be legible in each of those searches without fragmenting into disconnected pages. The challenge was to give a complex service system a structure that both buyers and search systems could understand — and to do it before the site existed, so nothing would need to be rebuilt later.
Diagnosis
Demand research in the buyer's language showed three distinct layers of intent: service-level queries (what a company does), segment-level queries (who it is for) and operational queries (how a specific problem is solved). Competing sites typically answered only the first layer, on a single crowded services page, and left the other two to generic blog posts.
The diagnosis was structural. Neofulfill would compete better by organising the site around the business model itself: services as the primary axis, industries and customer segments as the second, and the platform as the layer that connects them — with each page carrying a clear commercial purpose and a defined place in the hierarchy.
Approach
The work followed the Lucidens Method. Clarify defined what Neofulfill should be the answer to and set the measurement baseline. Structure designed the information architecture, the URL system, the internal linking rules and the technical foundation. Compound published the commercial and supporting pages in the sequence the demand map set. Prove measured the result against the baseline in the terms the business uses: visibility, qualified demand and inbound leads.
The relationship the project makes explicit is: business model → information architecture → search intent → content → technical foundation → organic acquisition. Each layer constrains the next; none of them is a keyword exercise.
Mapped how the three customer segments — scaling dropshippers, DTC and private-label brands, and international businesses sourcing from China — actually search: by service, by problem, by route and by market.
Designed the service architecture, the page hierarchy and the technical foundation before any page was written, so each service page could stand alone and still support the whole.
Published commercial landing pages, industry pages and supporting content in the sequence the demand map set, with internal links that make service relationships explicit.
Measured impressions, clicks, keyword coverage, non-branded visibility and inbound leads against a baseline set before launch.
Implementation
The site was built with a services hub and a dedicated page for each service — dropshipping fulfillment, B2B and wholesale fulfillment, custom branding and private label, sourcing, quality control, global shipping, returns and after-sales, custom packaging, air and sea freight — each written around the questions buyers ask at that stage, and each linking to the services it depends on.
Industry and segment pages were added to answer who-it-is-for queries, and the platform section was positioned as the connective tissue: the reason the services work as one operation. The technical foundation was set for growth from the start: clean URL architecture, crawlable navigation, fast templates, structured data for the organisation and its services, and internal linking that reflects the real relationships between services.

Outcomes
Non-branded visibility grew faster than branded, which is the signal that the architecture — not the brand name — is doing the work. Growth in ranking keywords came predominantly from service and segment pages rather than from the blog, and inbound leads grew with clicks rather than lagging them, which indicates the pages attract the right intent, not just more of it.
Lessons
Discovery designed into the business architecture compounds; discovery added as a marketing layer does not. Because every service page was placed in a structure with a defined purpose, each new page made the existing ones easier to find rather than competing with them.
The second lesson concerns sequence. Building the structure and the measurement baseline before writing a single page cost a few weeks at the start and saved the rebuild that almost every fast-launched site eventually faces.
Organic growth works best when discovery is designed into the business architecture rather than added as a marketing layer afterward.
